(Principal of Ayurveda) Ayurveda is a holistic life (healing) science which Contains of two words, AYU and VEDA…AYU means life and VEDA means Knowledge or science, So literally meaning of two word of ayurveda is SCIENCE OF LIFE.

While whole world are composite of this five elements including whole live things. |

Certain elements are seen to have an ability to combine to create various physiological functions in body. When the elements combine with ETHER and AIR in dominance to form is VATA DOSHA. |

Function of Vata Dosha: |
Governors the principal of movement, force which direct nerves impulse, circulation, respiratory etc. |

The element with FIRE and WATER is dominance combine from the PITTA DOSHA. |

Function of Pitta Dosha: |
The PITTA DOSHA governor the metabolism in the various organs and cellular metabolism etc. |

Finally it is pronominally combine WATER and EARTH making a KAPHA DOSHA. |

Function of Kapha Dosha: |
The KAPHA DOSHA is responsible for growth, adding structure unit by unit and its protecting the joint by synovial fluid the mucosal thick lining of the stomach cerebral spinal fluid which is protect to brain etc. |

In three Vata Dosha, Pitta Dosha and Kapha Dosha are balance equally that makes happy and healthy life. |
